1. Relaxation of the film web
The transverse length of all film webs is not the same. If the width change is greater than the film web, and the strain on the tension will cause many slit films to relax immediately, and lack of stiffness and traction due to the small tension. At this time, the entire film width will shift.

2. Gravity of film rewinding shaft
Because of the combined action of viscose and static electricity, force must be used to peel the film off the reel. If the adhesive force and static electricity are too strong or change, it will directly cause the winding and tracking problems of the unwinding reel.

3. Displacement caused by film roll skew
Even if the film length is smaller than the tension, it may cause tracking problems. Generally, the reel tends to tend to a tight film, and the skew of the film and changes in traction will cause the film roll to shift.

4. Relaxation caused by rewind accumulation
Latch winding is very sensitive to changes in the diameter of the reel, because it is not differential rewinding. The unwinding reel can operate at different rotation speeds. The thinner the film, the smaller the diameter of the reel, the less the roll film will accumulate, which results in the film film. Relaxation and displacement of the roll.

5. Axial displacement of longitudinal cutter
Sometimes when the slitting film starts, the slitting is not neat, but this is not a tracking fault. The solution to this situation is to use a scale indicator to measure the lateral displacement of the longitudinal cutter during rotation and loading. It can be used to control the change of slitting width, but all the cutting knives must run in the same way to ensure that each film roll being slit is absolutely consistent.

6. Tracking the diameter change of unwinding shaft and rewinding shaft
The cylindricity of the downstream reel causes the film to follow the larger diameter side, while the rewinding reel does not have a cylindrical profile, but it will have the same effect. Pulling the film roll to the side with a larger diameter, stacking plates and gap reels can also avoid such problems.

7. Correction of unwinding or rewinding
The usual feeding rules limit the film tracking to the downstream reel, which is perpendicular to the direction of the rotation axis. Similarly, if the correction is wrong, the deviation from the center or the rewinding axis will change again, and the lateral position of the film roll. After mastering the operating principles of these processes, the above problems can be avoided, thereby reducing waste.
